Can Eye Exercises & Vision Therapy Really Help Improve Your Eyesight? An Honest Review Of The 3 Best Selling Natural Vision Correction ProgramsSelf-help natural vision correction programs have been around for quite some time. Although they remain highly controversial, a growing number of people experience significant improvement of their eyesight and even manage to restore their 20/20 vision by sticking to special vision exercise and relaxation routines. There are also numerous publications by experienced eye care professionals, claiming that vision therapy does work, even though there is little or no scientific explanation for its results. According to a recent publication in the Journal of the American Optometric Association, "Thousands of young men applying for admissions to the various branches of the armed forces discovered that they could not meet the visual requirements. As a result of visual training, most successfully passed the visual requirements of the service that had previously rejected them. The evidence is conclusive that optometric methods of visual training improve acuity of most myopes." Further research at the AOA showed that "There is acceptable evidence that in motivated subjects, even myopes with greater than two diopters refractive error, visual acuity can be improved by visual training." So, how would you know whether a natural vision correction program will help improve your vision naturally in case of nearsightedness, farsightedness or any other eye disorder that might have affected your vision? Clearly, this question cannot be answered definitively. There are numerous natural vision correction programs currently available at the market - some offer very helpful and practical advice backed with scientific evidence, while others are clearly created for quick profits and are highly unlikely to bring about any results. The key to helping your eye health and possibly improving your vision naturally is in obtaining sufficient and objective information about the natural vision correction program and ensuring that the information it provides is based on actual facts. Here are brief reviews of three of the best selling natural vision correction programs currently available on the market. #1 Recommended: The "Improve Your Vision Naturally" System My Rating: 5 Stars Visit at: Naturallyimproveeyesight.com

"Vision Without Glasses" by Duke Peterson is a book featuring information and advice, vision exercises and eye relaxation techniques aimed at enhancing and possibly restoring eyesight naturally. "Vision Without Glasses" offers a comprehensive chapter on nutrition and eye health including several vision diet recipes that most product skip (other then Naturallyimproveeyesight.com which includes alot of good info on this as well). The core of the book is the chapter dedicated to vision exercises and eye relaxation. Yet, readers will only find four vision exercises, one eye relaxation technique and several eye charts. Although each eye exercise is presented neatly and has detailed work-out instructions, there is too much guesswork left for the reader. The author failed to include step-by-step natural vision correction routines or directions for those eager to devise such plans by themselves using the eye exercises presented in the book. A serious weakness of "Vision Without Glasses" is that it propagates the idea that virtually every eyesight disorder (including serious eye diseases that may require urgent medical attention) can be successfully cured with eye exercises and diet, without referring to any actual scientific facts or data in support of these concept. Obviously, this is not only unethical but may even be dangerous for eyesight. People who order "Vision Without Glasses" will get:
While there is some good information in this product, I feel it is by far less then ideal and fails in comparison to my #1 pick Naturallyimproveeyesight.com #3 Recommended: "Natural Perfect Vision" My Rating: 2 Stars Visit at: Naturalperfectvision.com
"Natural Perfect Vision" by Dr. George Reynolds "Natural Perfect Vision" by Dr. George Reynolds is a natural vision correction program claiming that one can completely eliminate the need of correction eyeglasses, contact lenses and eye surgery through eye exercising and relaxation. The author tried to cover various eye health topics, however, the information provided is quite vague and, in many occasions, fails to offer any practical advice. Although the book is over one hundred pages, it offers just five eye exercise and one eye relaxation techniques. Readers will need to put up with poor writing style and do a lot of guesswork because there are neither images to illustrate how each of the eye exercises should be done nor step-by-step vision routines. Some of the topics covered in "Natural Perfect Vision" by Dr. George Reynolds include:
Personally I do not recommend this product at all as the primary content is very sparse. There is a forum but I checked it out and was less then impressed. You can check it out yourself by clicking here. |
